Strae was part of the team organized by the City and County of Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure evaluating future community-facing infrastructure and public financing opportunities.  Strae worked on analyzing financial feasibility of public improvements as part of the City’s Next Steps Study for this strategic area surrounding the 41st and Fox light rail station.
