Kent Place – Englewood, CO

Kent Place consists of retail, including King Soopers’ first Fresh Fare location, and approximately 300 high-end apartments. With Continuum Partners, Mark negotiated the special district’s financing direct loan with a regional bank to fund the infrastructure improvements necessary for the retail and residential components of the project.
