National Western Center

In connection with the redevelopment of the National Western Center’s campus, Strae was engaged to build a development model for the Triangle (50+ acres of planned mixed use development) in order to advise the City of Denver in evaluating public private partnership (P3) structures. Strae continues to work as a subcontractor to Jacobs Engineering on this engagement, partnering closely with city staff, legal and financial advisors as the City agencies progress through the development process.
