The Next Stage – Denver, CO

As a consultant to the City and County of Denver (CCD), Strae Advisory Services is leading CCD’s effort to explore financing, governance, and development scenarios which will maximize the opportunity to enliven, diversify, and sustain the 12-acre Denver Performing Arts Complex (DPAC) within the heart of downtown Denver.

The Next Stage Vision Plan is an ambitious plan to develop over two million square feet of mixed-use buildings, which will expand the cultural, educational, and artistic activities present on the site. Strae is responsible for the development, revenue, and finance modeling used to inform the development strategy for the project.
