Telluride Hospital – Telluride, CO

Since 2016, Strae has advised the Telluride Hospital District to evaluate potential locations, design, financing, and construction of a new medical facility to serve the eastern portion of San Miguel County, including the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village.  Currently, the preferred site’s landowner is pursuing entitlements to enable the new medical facility.
