Westminster-P3 Advisory Team 

In collaboration with Jacobs Engineering and P3 Point, Strae is an integral member of the team which was awarded the contract to advise the City of Westminster on its public private partnership evaluations.  Focusing initially on the City’s redevelopment efforts for the former Westminster Mall site, the City staff is continuing to explore potential opportunities to leverage private investment to advance public infrastructure projects in Westminster.
