Lamar Station<\/b><\/h3>\n

The Lamar Station property owner contacted Strae for advice and assistance interpreting an existing tax increment agreement with the Lakewood Reinvestment Authority. Using Strae\u2019s deep relationships with LRA and City staff, Strae worked to amend the existing agreement to arrive at an acceptable outcome for both parties.<\/p>\n
