Strae was sought out to built a dynamic public finance revenue and debt structuring model \u00a0projecting tax increment financing and special district revenues to support evolving project development plans.\u00a0 Additionally, Strae was further engaged to advise the client in their negotiations with Aurora Urban Renewal Authority and underwriters for both TIF and special district tax revenues.<\/p>\n
