Engaged by the developer, P3 Advisors, Strae was tasked with developing a dynamic financial model to project Tax Increment Financing and Business Improvement District public finance revenues based on potential development plan scenarios.\u00a0 Strae also supported the developer\u2019s discussions with the Douglas County Assessor, and the Castle Rock Urban Renewal Authority staff related to the 2019 reassessment process.\u00a0 Strae remains a trusted resource as the project\u2019s development continues.<\/p>\n
