As the Deputy Director of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA), Mark worked with DURA\u2019s staff and the project\u2019s developer to evaluate the project pro-forma, including development timeline and return analysis. He led DURA\u2019s underwriting effort for the project\u2019s public finance and participated actively in negotiations, contract drafting, and briefings with City Council and CCD administration officials on the project\u2019s public finance commitment.<\/p>\n
