Union Station – Denver, CO<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

With Continuum Partners, Mark was involved in the plan of finance for the transit elements as the special districts, federal loans, and tax increment were negotiated between the master developer and the partner agencies including RTD, CCD, DRCOG, and CDOT.\u00a0 Mark continued involvement in the project through vertical development of the IMA headquarters, as well as the acquisition of four of the five development parcels owned by RTD surrounding the historic station.<\/p>\n
