Strae advises and supports the client with all facets of the project’s public finance, including private debt and equity strategies.  Strae’s work includes advising on the preparation of the client’s tax increment application with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, developing a dynamic financial model, and supporting client negotiations with potential anchor tenant uses in the project.
