Strae prepared an independent property tax estimate analysis and report which evaluated the planned development program and quantified the expected tax burden and associated special district revenues. After completing the initial deliverable Strae scope was expanded to provide strategic advice in drafting language for joint venture development agreements related to property taxes and developer promote calculations.
