Engaged by the developer, P3 Advisors, Strae was tasked with developing a dynamic financial model to project Tax Increment Financing and Business Improvement District public finance revenues based on potential development plan scenarios.  Strae also supported the developer’s discussions with the Douglas County Assessor, and the Castle Rock Urban Renewal Authority staff related to the 2019 reassessment process.  Strae remains a trusted resource as the project’s development continues.
