Olde Town Arvada
Trammel Crowe Development Denver engaged Strae to advise on amendments to existing tax increment agreements with the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority for its planned mixed use transit-oriented development including apartments, hotel, and inline retail. Using our extensive experience with various urban renewal authorities and precedent agreements, Strae proposed novel approaches to structuring the agreements and supported TCD through quantitative analyses and language drafting to expedite the negotiations and reach an acceptable outcome for both the developer and the urban renewal authority.
