Broadway Station Development (Former Gates Rubber Plant) – Denver, CO

Broadway Station is a mixed-use, 42-acre site adjacent to the one of the busiest light rail stations (second only to Union Station) in RTD’s Denver metro wide rail transit system.  Strae’s role is to advise the developer on public finance matters pertaining to the redevelopment.
