Riverwalk – Littleton, CO

As the VP of Finance for BCORP, Mark oversaw the financing for the redevelopment of the former Centennial Downs horse track.  The redevelopment consists of retail fronting Belleview Avenue, and condominium and townhome units situated around a golf course.  Mark served on the board of the Centennial Downs Metropolitan District and was involved in the management and restructuring of the MD’s defaulted debt as part of the project’s infrastructure.
